My Therapy Approach
Individual therapy is a process by which you examine your thoughts, feelings, actions and relationships.
Couples therapy focuses on the problems existing in the relationship between two people.
In group therapy, you learn that you are not alone. You can experiment with trying to relate to people differently in a safe environment, with a therapist present to assist as needed.
Welcome. If you’ve made your way to this page, you are probably having a difficult time at this point in your life. You may be experiencing some very upsetting thoughts or feelings that you may not understand or don’t really seem to go away. Maybe you are feeling confused about the reasons you keep repeating the same mistakes or your life circumstances appear to be spinning out of control.
We all face problems at different points in our lives, and there are times when handling it alone just is not enough. These problems can cause us to feel sad or uneasy. During these times, even talking to friends, family and clergy members may not help.
